From the home screen, use two fingers to swipe down the Status bar.
If your phone is already paired with a Bluetooth device, tap the Bluetooth icon to toggle the connection on or off.
To pair with a new Bluetooth device, tap the Settings icon.
Note: If only one finger was used to swipe down the Status bar, swipe down again to access the Quick Settings menu.
If needed, tap the Bluetooth switch to On.
Ensure the Bluetooth device is on and set to discoverable or pairing mode. Tap the Bluetooth device to begin the pairing process.
Note: If the Bluetooth device is not found, tapthe Menu icon, then tap Refresh.
Refer to the Bluetooth device's user manual for specific pairing requirements.
If a Bluetooth pairing request appears, verify the passkey is the same on both devices and tap PAIR.
Note: If required, enter the passkey and tap OK.
The default passkey for most Bluetooth headsets is 0000 or 1234. Other devices may have other requirements. Refer to the Bluetooth device's user manual for device specific requirements.
Check both the phone and the Bluetooth device for any prompts, and if required, enter the passkey on the device(s).
The Bluetooth device is now paired.
